involves a fine, fee, or violation. But flip the script one night only for a few drinks,
illphonics concert, free food, live art. now that's a better reason to hit up St. Louis' city hall.
for three years now artDimenions, a local non-profit art organization, has been hosting an
event that transforms city hall into a full blown party.
This year the event will be better than ever, with concerts, followed by cooking demos,
fashion shows, indonesian dancers, Street Dimensions breakers and enough local art and
wears to satisfy all your holiday shopping.
as with any annual event, changes and improvements in the plans take this years event
to another level. The second level of city hall to be more specific. The mezzanine will host
Delux & Blacklabel's viP section and the artist market, over looking both stages.
