Tiger Woods has just released the following statement on his website:
“I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart. I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves. I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone.
Although I am a well-known person and have made my career as a professional athlete, I have been dismayed to realize the full extent of what tabloid scrutiny really means. For the last week, my family and I have been hounded to expose intimate details of our personal lives. The stories in particular that physical violence played any role in the car accident were utterly false and malicious. Elin has always done more to support our family and shown more grace than anyone could possibly expect.
But no matter how intense curiosity about public figures can be, there is an important and deep principle at stake which is the right to some simple, human measure of privacy. I realize there are some who don’t share my view on that. But for me, the virtue of privacy is one that must be protected in matters that are intimate and within one’s own family. Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn’t have to mean public confessions.
Whatever regrets I have about letting my family down have been shared with and felt by us alone. I have given this a lot of reflection and thought and I believe that there is a point at which I must stick to that principle even though it’s difficult.
I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves. For all of those who have supported me over the years, I offer my profound apology.” (more…)

After becoming stars via Diddy’s reality TV series “Making The Band,” Day26’s run at Bad Boy Records has come to an end.
The group has left the label, according to a report from TheBoomBox.com, but say they are still a part of Diddy’s extended family.
“Bad Boy is always our family, but we’re with Atlantic right now,” member Willie Taylor told the site.
Although they became stars on reality television, Day26 are now determined to prove that they have what it takes to make it on pure talent, rather than TV ratings. (more…)

Cam’ron may have recently declared that the Dipset movement he feverishly worked to promote in the early 2000s is “over,” but other founding members don’t feel the same.
Jim Jones is one of them.
In a recent interview with Sirius Satellite’s Angela Yee, Jimmy said that Dipset doesn’t belong to any one member of the crew, so one man (Cam) can’t say it’s dead.
“There ain’t no one person that can say Dipset is over,” the rapper said over satellite airwaves. “People just been doin’ a lot of YouTubing and trying to get themselves hot. When you can’t get on the radio, I guess YouTube is the next best thing to get on.” (more…)

Tomorrow is the biggest shopping day of the year, Black Friday. At an ungodly hour, throngs of people will rise from their turkey dinner stupor and stand in line outside of stores hoping to get great deals. In this current economic climate, I imagine the lines will be absolute insanity with people trying to score big ticket items for low prices.
Can’t blame them.
So where should you be and what should you be looking for?
Well there are great resources on the internet for scoping out what’s available and where.
It looks like HDTVs and laptops are going to be the best buys (no pun intended) this year! If you’re looking for toys for your children, Zhu Zhu Pets and games like Mattel’s Mindflex seem to be winners!
Check out these websites and take a look at store circular ads, product recommendations, and much more.
